I asked you the other day to write a journal entry to explore the question, "Now that I am prosperous, I..."
There's a background question to this that I'll share now. See, there are certain words that our subconscious and our conscious minds aren't fully in agreement with- or they each don't know what the other is thinking. Words like, "Abundance", "Success", "Prosperity", or even "I love myself".
What do each of these mean for you??
This helps our Vipassana become a more conscious system. Rather than healing on a broad scale without knowing what we're healing, we can guide our life and Vipassana healing from time-to-time if there is some stress or lack of health that is challenging us.
So the most important one for you right now is to journal on, "My Prosperity is..."
And Define what Prosperity means for you.
Your subconscious knows what it is based on feeling.
Your conscious mind knows what it is based on looks and what it's being programmed by society to like.
So we can consciously get into agreement with our subconscious.
If you know that one of your prosperity items is eating lettuce once per day, or going on a 20 minute walk without a cell phone once per day, or meditating under a tree once per week, or having 3 friends that you enjoy hanging with each month, or sleeping by 10pm each evening... then you can begin doing these things right now; completing them in a balanced way.
Anytime you take part in something on your list (like walking or eating lettuce or making a new friend...) then your subconscious will begin to feel prosperous and say, "Oh!! You're prosperous now!!" and it begins unlocking all these other energy channels to make you more prosperous.
So begin with, "My Prosperity is..."
"Now that I am prosperous, I..."
And explore how you act, feel, look like, and how your life is like Now that you are prosperous. This can help unlock some of the stagnant energy surrounding what it is we desire at a deeper level; our purer states of desire..
I love you, and I look forward to our next meditation and discussion.
