Our job is to become aware of what’s coming up for us in each moment, emotionally-speaking. And in being aware of it, we accept we’re experiencing it, we observe it (“becoming the witness”), we feel it, we ask if there’s anything else we need to know about it, and we release it. That’s self-actualization; owning our life and actions and experience and constantly healing or choosing our higher light each moment.
Have you ever found yourself stuck, not knowing what you were feeling, though you knew it didn’t feel good? Have you ever become speechless and angry in a second over your spouse sharing a simple comment? Have you ever become sad and heartbroken over some relationship issue? Have you ever beat yourself up for not being as successful as you had envisioned?

Along with Vipassana meditation to purify our minds and heal our emotions on a subconscious level, emotional repatterning via the emotional body can be an amazing addition to our training. Why? Because it is a conscious healing that allows us to pinpoint the exact emotion we’re having and time in our past that we first experienced this emotion. This allows us to identify and oftentimes heal the exact cause of our discomfort.
When an emotion comes up for us, all that’s happened is some event in our current lives has triggered a past emotional trauma that we experienced long ago and brings it up to the surface for us to heal. And when it’s on the surface of our emotional bodies, it’s a perfect opportunity for it to be healed.

Blessings to you,
