Tonight we'll take part in our guided group tele-sitting with Gratitude in our hearts.
Gratitude is a form of giving; perhaps the biggest form we have to utilize each day.
Gratitude brings us our healthy life in return, because what we give, we attract back to us and receive.
Give smiles to your fellow man. Gratitude for your family. Joy towards your wife. Kindness for a young one today.
Time: Tonight, 10/16, 6pm PST (Sedona & California time)

The Power of Vipassana:
Last tele-sitting about half-way through, I was interrupted by my 6yr old step-daughter, who did not know I was on the call guiding a meditation. At first it startled me, then... denial, then... a little anger, then... reaction. I muted the call and I (curtly) asked her to return after the call was over. I observed the anger within me, then after a moment of returning to feeling my body the grateful thoughts and feelings returned, "She's just a child, she doesn't know better, she was happy to see me after a long day of work and school, She misses me- it's natural!..."
An enormous smile washed over me. Seeing what had happened through the eyes of my future self looking back on the situation caused me to be so grateful that a little girl would interrupt my call, as she was naturally drawn to the loving energy coming from the meditation room.
And unlike feelings of shame that I have experienced in other religions for reacting the way I did, I sat there sending her occasional feelings of love and apology and support and admiration following the incident, during the final part of our meditation. It uplifted my spirit so high that afterwards, I left my office to find her, and when i did, i lifted her into the air, kissing her sweet face; all while feeling relaxed, detached, and humble.
She had let it go soon after it happened.
Vipassana is so neat :)
This week I am in Flagstaff taking a Solar Installations and Design Course at the local college. It's an amazing course that has me thinking about our Sun, crystals, energy, ideas, science... Thank you Department of Energy and thank you Coconino College for offering this condensed course for free and for the right person to bump into me and tell me about it!
Today what are you grateful for?
What beautiful developments are occurring in your life, or what beautiful new ideas and passions stirring in your hearts?
I'll 'see' you on the call tonight to feel our gratitude as we drift consciously into a loving Vipassana Meditation..
Blessings of peace and joy for you today,
